It is a pleasure to write a review about the five star excellent service received from Ron’s Tire & Service. About sixteen plus years ago, I moved to the Metro West area. I visited several auto service facilities including my auto dealership. After each visit, I left with feeling over-charged and car problems exaggerated or made-up. The first day I visited Ron’s Tire & Service; I looked around and saw all of those awards on the wall. I was impressed; however, the most impressive thing that happened was the way in which Ron greeted me. He had a kind, gentle tone. As for me, I was beside myself with fear, hoping it was not notice. After we laid out a reasonable plan to fix my car’s problems, I felt that fear melt away and in its place was the assurance that I had connect to an establishment that lived up to the values of TRUST, HONESTY, FAIRNESS, QUALITY OF SERVICE and PEOPLE OF GOOD CHARACTER. That was 14 plus year ago and to this day, their quality of service and customer care remains excellent. I can not say enough of good things about this place, Ron and his team make you feel warm and welcomed all the times. I was never disappointed in their service, and I know I will be very satisfied every time I go there.It is very hard to find an honest and sincere person like Ron and his assistant RJ.I knew Ron for over 20 years and he never changed(except for his gray hair) always honset and sincere and I highly recommend his shop to anyone who wants to meet an honest auto mechanic.
Note: I do almost all my own service work on my vehicles and I hate having to take my vehicles to a shop for repair. That said, I've been to Ron's a few occasions over the past 15 years and have always had great experiences. They've always been honest, they're work is excellent and the prices fair and reasonable. I've never felt that they have tried to up-sell me or sell me on work I didn't need (like everyone else out there). I fell confident in taking my vehicles there for anything I don't have time or equipment to do myself.
